Abstract
Sestig jaar gelede het ons beskou dat die Kommunisme sommer een van die moontlike teorieë was vir die inrigting van ’n staat se geldsake. Vandag is die beginsels van daardie teorie tot in die fynste besonderheid uitgewerk en toegepas op een derde van die mensdom. Sy heerskappy strek van die Beringse Straat tot in die middel van Duitsland, van die Noordpoolsee tot by die Suidsee van Sjina, die grense van Indië, Iran en Turkye. Daardie gebied beslaan een kwart van die bewoonde aarde en sluit in 900,000,000 siele, sê een derde van die mensdom. Die uitbreiding duur nog voort en telkens verneem ons van pogings wat met sukses aangewend word om nuwe lande binne die invloedsfeer van die Kommunisme te bring.Copyright information
