Abstract
Prof. F. J. Labuschagne het oor sytaalopvatting en funksionele taalleer nie veel gepubliseer nie: buiten sy inougurele rede by die aanvaarding van die professoraat in Afrikaans-Nederlands,Grammatika, taalwetenskap en taalonderwys(1938), waarin hy gewys het op die funeste uitwerking van die ,,logies-kategoriese” grammatika op die taalbeskouing en die beoefening van die taalwetenskap van baie eeue, en dieuitmuntende artikel in Tydskrif vir wetenskapen kuns (T.W.K.) oor „Nogtoe — los en vas”, waarin hy die grondleggende beginsels van die samekoppeling taalkundig-funksioneel ontleed, is daar net twee studies waarin hy sy van dr. G. J. Labuscagne deur Dagbreek-boekhandel in die feesjaar uitgegee.Copyright information
