Abstract
Elke sistematiese teoloog wat ’n liefde vir sy vak het en daarom op hoogte probeer bly met die huidige teologiese diskussie, is gedurende die afgelope jare gekonfronteer met ’n haas onoorsigtelike aantal ‘teologieë’ vanuit veral die Europese teologiese denkklimaat. Hierdie (somtyds erg veeleisende) teologiese pluralisme moes noodwendig lei tot die vraag: wat is teologie? En daarmee samehangend: wat is die aard en vermoë van ’n teologiese uitspraak, hoe betroubaar is hierdie uitsprake, hoe begrond ons teologiese uitsprake, en daarmee dus ook: hoe kontroleerbaar is teologiese uitsprake ten opsigte van dit wat dit wil uitspreek? Hiermee het die vraag na die wetenskaplikheid van die teologie, veral in Duitsland, tot sentrale teologiese tema ontwikkel - ’n vraag wat in die nuwe wetenskapsteoretiese diskussie dikwels uiters omstrede is.Copyright information
