Abstract
’n Regtelose mens is — net soos ’n verhoudinglose of ’n gemeenskaplose mens — feitelik onbestaanbaar of, om dit meer positief te stel, die mens as individu is noodsaaklikerwys ’n reghebbende wese in gemeenskap met andere. Vanselfsprekend verkondig hierdie tweeledig geformuleerde stelling nie die volle waarheid insake die mens nie: Die mens is immers ook individu (of enkeling) met ’n eiesoortige, individuele verantwoordelikheid wat hy nie op andere kan afskuif nie of, andersins, ’n unieke, eenmalige reghebbendheid wat andere nie m et hom kan deel nie. Voorts is elke mens deur G od geskape as koningskind — is hy of sy ’n gesagsdraer of volmaghouer in eie reg wat aan sy of haar Skepper en Verlosser verantwoording verskuldig is oor hoedat hy/sy sy/haar toerusting as kroon van die skepping gebruik. Vir ’n sinvolle bespreking van die tans ter sake onderwerp, is die reghebbendheid van die mens-in-gemeenskap egter ën ’n invalspoort ên ’n fokuspunt.Copyright information
